• Sessions are at an agreed regular weekly time​, payable prior to or on the day of the session by BACS.

• Please give 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason as failure to do so will incur the full session fee.

• If for any reason I have to cancel a session I will aim to provide you with as much notice as possible and you will not be charged for this session. When possible, I will try to offer you an alternative time.

• If you miss 2 consecutive sessions, without notice/explanation I will not be able to offer any further sessions.
